I saw those guys in the situation room. I will look like their grandfather.
Leo Tolstoy
Mahatma Gandhi
Roosevelt
Lincoln
Everyone looked old - but they were great, they are in every child's text books, bridges are named after them, countries declare national holidays for their birthday
So Andy - yes - you will very much be assimmilate so no worries :)

Hi,
I have received an EAD (I-140 Approved) for future employment through a company that I never worked for. Can I use AC21 to port the GC process to the current employer? Does the current employer need to file a new LC/140?
Please let me know. Thanks for your help.

Old wine in a new bottle ---- this idea was actively discussed couple of months back. Many people committed to this type of contribution.
Let us see next month when EB2I will start getting lot of approvals. How many IV members contribute once they get GCs.

Alabaman,
Legal is referring to me as the stuck moderator who may not like your making fun of a Representative on this forum.
Legal wants the rest of us to pay for his freedom of expression - and no value add - on this public forum.
Enough said from me on this issue.
Stucklabor,
Your time and effort is much appreciated.
Thanks for removing trash talk from this forum.

Not to disappoint you but in this case appeal does not have a good chance. Look at the link here (http://www.eichorn-law.com/CM/IntheNews/6.1.10%20Xpedite%20Technologies%20-%20BALCA%20affirms%20denial%20for%20travel%20requi rement%20in%20advertisements%20but%20not%20in%2090 89.pdf)...
Hi,..
My perm was applied in Apr audited and finally heard that my perm denied in July 2010.
Reason - travel language in the notice of filing but not on form 9089.
Attorney will be filing for an appeal. Do you think its a good option ? Also how long would it take to receive an answer?
As luck would have it , my H1-b 6 yrs expires in Nov -2010. However my company did apply for an extension to Oct 2011 based on my Perm. Now that my perm has been denied is that extension still valid?
thanks,..

Saikat,
Thank you for your replies. One more question....if the change of status from F1 to H1B within the US is denied then does my F1 visa get automatically revoked?

hi friends,
what happens if 485 gets denied for some reason like if the record is not clean or communicable diseases etc. does this mean our green card is rejected. actually my wife and myself entered the country on AP. but we have our H1 and H4 extension paper till dec 09. if by any case my GC gets denied r we out of status.
any help is appreciated.

Please explain why not?
I think if 5000 people from EB3 India with PD in 2007 moved to EB2, then that means 5000 people are reduced from the EB3 India queue?

Hi
There is no approval notice for PERM labor. USCIS puts the approval number and date on the application itself which contains the job duties. I hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
I am applying for AP Renewal for myself and my wife. Can someone please send me the information on the following.
1. AP is expiring on September 20th. Can I file even after the expiry of the AP?
2. I am in AL.So, I need to be sending the application to Texas Service Center. But I am confused on where to send the documents? I will be sending by FedEx or UPS?
3. When I prepare the documents, do I enter Part 9, Signature of person preparing the form, if other than the application?
4. Last year our attorney filed the application and I have a copy of that application. I see "Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative" form. I am sure I dont have to file that now but do I need to do anything so that I get the receipt/approval notices instead of going to the Attorney Office?
Thank you.
I found paper filing easier than e-file. Even with e-filing, you still need to mail your pictures.
1. You can file AP even after the first one expires. But I filed for renewal 3 months before expiry.
2. AP form has the TSC address. I used USPS.
3. If you are the applicant, what is the need to sign Part 9? It is self-explanatory.
4. There is no Notice of Appearance form if you are representing yourself and doing a self-filing.
