you will be able to see the last action on a case.
You can also create a portfolio, save all your pending receipts under a username.

But I think it's thanks to CBN who pulled the consulate to Hyd when they were debating to have the consulate in Hyd or Bangalore. From what I know YSR govt just boomed up the realty prices but nothing else, though realty went up in other parts of the country too.
PS: I'm not very sure but just expressed my thoughts as we are talking about consulate/Hyd/how proud we should be etc in this thread.For those who know better or disagree with me please feel free to do so by posting in the thread but not by giving red/accompanying mssgs. These days I'm so cautious that unless absolutely sure I don't take any chances with posting on threads so as to avoid upsetting people even remotely. The problem might occur when you file for citizenship, you have to justify why you dint work after getting the GC. However it is not written in stone that if you dont work for your petitioning company the officer will deny your citizenship or revoke your GC. They will look at the totality of the circumstances, since you worked for the petitioner for some time, they may not make a determination that the job offer was speculative, you have to show that you had every intention of working for them and the company had every intention of hiring you, maybe they can give a letter stating that they continue to market you and will re-hire as soon as the economy imporves. If your company finds a project for you, you should continue to work for them. Or you could have done AC-21 after the I-140 was approved and before the I-485 was approved.

Would it cause any issues at the time of citizenship, if I leave my GC sponsoring company after working around 3 months(after GC approval) and take a fulltime permanent opportunity.

When did they receive GC approval? Is it recent or 1-2 years ago?
Both cases, more than 2 years ago. Do not know anyone who got this recently. One reason is most of us filed in during VB Gate, and most of us are still waiting for any action from CIS.

I am curious: What is Biographic page of Passport? Is it just the first page and the last page where you have all the info about you and home address etc...???
My understanding is that it is first 4 and last 4 pages. (here pages include the inner hard cover side ).

Good Catch Jonty, and the guy has the audacity to claim that his(is it really his, or store bought) priority date is 2004. For the sake of thousands who are not scamming the system, I sure hope this guy had sent a single check for 140 and 485 together.

What would one need to capture time outside? Luckily in my case, all I need to show is probably about a week's worth of time outside US to apply. Isn't that correct?
I have a sub-case going with someone else and have EAD but my primary employer's labor is going to be just 361 days when my H1 expires. If my I140 get s cleared for the sub-case, of course all of this is moot.

Hello,
My wife is applying for a good job at the European Union, and I do not see why can't she get accepted. We've been stuck in this mess for a while and I am getting tired of irrespectful treatment when entering the country, even when you are here legally, limited career, etc,etc
We can legally work in Europe, but how is the market in Belgium for an electrical engineer (firmware, hardware, project manager exp)?
Anybody have any experience or know something about it? salaries, cost of live, etc

my i-140 denied for same reason in May'07 three days before Jun'07 visa bulletin released.
I appealed AAO and got REF in Jun'09, In RFE, Is institute, I got PG diploma,
is recognized by university, (I got Diploma from institute affiliated by University of Madras). I got diploma 20 yrs. back, approached university they told, institute is no longer affiliated by university last 5 years, they refused to give letter even though it was recognized when I graduated.
I got letter from institute in sealed envelop stating, my Diploma is recognized by university of madras,
It took 2 months to reply RFE, after 1 month I-140 got approved
Here is my case history,

This is what given by my Attorney apart from your labor approval. Better double check..

1. Letters of previous experience detailing dates of employment, title, and duties. Each letter must be on that employer�s letterhead, dated, and signed. Each letter must be in line with the experience shown on Form ETA 750-B of the Labor Certification Application. This may not apply if the Form I-140 is being filed directly from an L-1A visa.
2. All degree certificates, and relevant marksheets.
3. All Forms W-2 from the sponsoring employer.
4. Latest 3 paychecks from the sponsoring employer.

My advice place the new approval as a bookmark on the current visa page when presenting the passport at the counter. This almost forces them to consider the new approval, also provide a copy of your I-797. Check the date before leaving the counter and politely ask for it to be corrected if wrong.

This is just an example, I framed to explain my point.
A quick answer to above would be to include any synomous words, but we all know in techonological world and especially in the IP area, their could numerous ways to hid the information while maintaining it on public forums. If you have been engaged in IP development, you will understand what I am talking about.
"Semantic search" is what you are looking for. There is a lot of work going on in this area.

This is very clear. An I-485 can not be approved unless its PD is current. So all pending I-485's remain hanging till its PD becomes current. CIS may continue processing such hanging 485 applications in the background, but its final approval is always held back till its PD becomes current again.
Rule of thumb: Door must be open (i.e. PD must be current) to get the I-485 application in, and to get it out again.
