Hopefully, you guys and other new H1-B guys coming to US and yet to file for green card, get frustrated enough about getting locked to an employer and inability of the spouse to get employed and join IV in large enough numbers to bring the "Ability-to-file-I485-during-retrogression" to the top priority where it once was.

you can do any job you want in US, it does not have to be in any specific field.
Since you are/were on h4 you are a beneficiary. Only the primary applicant has to
work in the field in which his/her labor was filed, that too untill one gets the green card.
There are many thread in this forum on EAD benefits.
Go to Homepage-> Forums ( on left menu) and look for EAD specific topics.
Or search on this topic.
Now sure what more details you want,unless i can understand "Details" of your questions. Feel free shoot your questions and details will be provided at best i/we can.

Looks like at least they have touched or near review for all the cases filed in July 07 Rush and if Visas are available, at least in a position to approve. Aug 17th was the dead line to file the applications back in 2007 when they opened the gates. The processing dates shown below represent the receipt dates of petitions and applications currently being processed by the USCIS Service Center as per their webpage. .Also the processing times are as of 4/30/2009.

This is not good news for us. The recaptured visas will go towards nurses and none from us wil benefit.We need to shout out loud.
We do benefit indirectly since they are no longer competing for the cherished 140,000 visa numbers that are allocated for employment based adjustment of status applicants.

Check the directory of occupational titles and ensure the new and old jobs have the same / very close occupational code. You can find it on the DOL website. Duties is one thing, but the code is also important.
I did check, job code is 13-1111.00. the two titles used in labor cert are principal management consultant -system analysis - this is primary
and system analysis - mentioned in related occupation
the approval job code is 13-1111.00 - the new title i am getting is system analyst.

Both of the following are about 500KB, so beforewarned...
I put a smaller beetle macro into the front-page gallery area, but here's a couple others.
1 Upclose and personal with a dandelion.
2. The same lens, used conventionally for a landscape. I printed this out at 19x13 and it's going to get framed.
Nice shots.......... I like the close ups with Macro, and also the landscapes with the old buildings overrun with ivy
