I think that's not correct. Some people need more than 128GB you know. Yes, you can carry an external drive but then why not carry a larger machine with more internal storage?
The 1366x768 resolution can be limiting. For example, Apple's own Server Admin software will barely show the summary page at 768 pixels tall. The bottom row of graphs are tiny squished things at the bottom. It's clearly not meant to run on this small a display. And it's a perfect example of something you would want on a small carry it anywhere Mac.
Like I was saying...

about 9.7GB was my pre-load and then later a 300MB file was downloaded. So expect about 10GB of download.

Just wondering how upgrading to 8GB will affect XP (32 bit) running under bootcamp? I presume only up to 4GB can be addressed, but does anyone know of any other issues?
8GB won't help in XP 32-bit, unfortunately. 4GB is the max by defintion, and you might not even get the full 4GB (video card's memory might use up some).

Fantastic! I really do hope so, but then again, a KR site? "lul" much? What do Korean's know that the rest of the world don't?

First things first: I think you'll find that if you subtract 2003 from 2007 you'll end up with the number 4. In this case four years.
The year doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the release. Windows 2000 was released in 1999; my '04 A6 was built in 2004 while my significant other's 2007 was built and delivered in 2006.
Next: If Apple names it's next version of iLife, iLife '08, it would brake the routine, but you see Microsoft is not bothered about that so who cares?
It wouldn't "brake" (break) any particular routine. There were three dated releases of iLife ('04, '05, '06). Assuming that this trend will continue is just that: an assumption. Progress happens fastest when building. Updates are slower in coming, as you would expect from a more mature product. They could switch to numbered suites (iLife 7) or just renumber the applications to match and stick with the plain "iLife" name like most software does. They could do lots of things, really.

Phil Schiller is such a bad presenter.
And yes, you are seeing a transfer of power here - whether Steve is sick only he knows I guess.
I'm not going to speculate as to Steve's health. It's bad karma and I wish him perfect health for his family and friends, not for Apple and its customers.
I am responding to this post only to put some balance into the thinking here.
One thing everyone seems to be forgetting--or doesn't know--is that succession planning is very common in large companies, especially with "older" CEO'S.
A VERY likely scenario, regardless of Steve, is the board realized too much of Apple's identity was tied into one person. A good board would ensure that Apple will exist long after Steve's retirement. So, it is not surprising to see more of Apple's executive team being profiled.
Steve could be in perfect health and plan to stay at Apple for another decade or two. Today's performance on stage, changing Apple from a one-man-show to a show by a world class team of executives is simply smart business which will help ensure the longevity of Apple.
Now, I do acknowledge after Steve's scare, Steve and Apple's Board probably accelerated the succession planning process. This is simply smart business and the responsibility of the Board and CEO.
But what you saw today doesn't necessarily mean anything other than smart business. Sure, I could be wrong, and for the sake of Steve and his family I pray that I am not. But let's not be so quick to assume the very worst.

True, it may not be the best to split out power from one rail. But you can easily put in two NVIDIA Quadro 4000 in a single system, which is a pro level graphics card.
nVidia claims 142W for a Quadro 4000, and PNY for example, has it at 152W. Either way, this is less power than some gaming cards pull, and is why it's possible to use 2x of them in a MP.
BTW, it's ~110W or so more under full load for a pair of 5770's than a pair of Quadro 4000's. :D

Yeah I just recently heard about the 460 x2. Should be great for folding though.
Yeah if I can a 970 hexa core, I wouldn't worry about upgrading either. I'm not saying I'll upgrade, but I do wanna see the newer 6 and 8 core chips out though

Still looks more promising to me than move and at least you only have to buy one kinnect if there are two of you playing as opposed to two sets for either move or wii so the cost becomes negligible between all of them.
Wasn't there a 3 person dance thing in one of those demos? In a previous demo I saw, I think a family was playing one of those twister like games where they make a "group shadow" shape?

There seems to be a bit of beer snobbery going on here. I don't particularly like stouts (apart from the odd Caffrey's) and don't like standard lagers, the likes of Tennents, Carling, McEwans... but I will drink a Bud. It's cheap mass produced fizzy water, but hey it's better than not having a beer. I also like Fosters, Carlsberg, and Rolling Rock (which if anybody knows where to get them in this country I'd be eternally grateful).
I've been in Belgium and had a Hoegaarden and didn't particularly like it. I've been in Leuvern and had a Stella and it was much better than the Welsh copy you get in this country... but I'd still drink it. But Jupiler is by far my favorite!:)

Still not entirely happy with how this looks, but it's a start. The apple in the middle is a bowtie theme called Ribbon, which is why there are Vocaloids in it.
If anybody has an idea on how to improve it, I'm listening.:)

oops - didn't know - you can download the iPhone/Touch app from the App Store - doesn't do head tracking if no front camera is available.
Pretty cool!
How do you find it on the App Store?

Thanks for posting this. EyeTV has been able to stream recorded content for a long time, but being able to stream live TV is more useful to me. CyTV will stream it to a laptop, but it's clunky and problematic so I shelled out the $5 hoping that this works better.

Ok, see that is where I was going with posting this article. I was wondering if it were even possible to hold on to a windshield wiper blade for that length of time? I mean, wouldn't pressure or force or something cause the blade to snap? They just don't seem that strong.
Climb onto the front of a minivan and get someone to drive it at 30mph: I suspect you will find the aerodynamic pressure quite impressive. The keyword here is "minivan". Those usually have rather more vertical noses than your typical automobile, so the air pressure will tend to pin you onto the front.
