swft3d max is only a plugin for 3d studio max to allow import export between the two. you need the trial full version unless you have 3d studio max.

Hi:
I received RFE (employment verification letter) from USCIS, texas center two years ago. I was still employed by the company who filed my GC application at that time. So the company replied and my case status was updated. But my PD was not current, so my case is still pending until now.
I lost job recently, if my PD became current in early 2010, will USCIS EVL me again?
I know no one can predict how USCIS works. I just want to check if anyone had experience that was checked employment status twice?

Stick with your wifes country dates. The dates in India wont be stable for long.
I requested(May 02nd) them to approve my case using "Cross-Chargeability", since my wife was born in non-retro country. But from June 01st, my PD (India) also becomes current. I really don't know what to do now?

Yes. First I-140 should be cleared for you to port your PD to the second I-140.

On 28 November 2008, "the United States" as defined for purposes of the Immigration & Nationality Act (INA) just got bigger, with the addition of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Although there are probably wrinkles I have not yet read in the treaty, this essentially puts the CNMI on the same footing as Puerto Rico. Here's the cute part:
Because the CNMI will become part of the "United States" as defined by �101(a)(38) of the INA, "residence or presence in the CNMI before 28 November 2009 shall NOT be considered residence or physical presence within the USA for INA purposes. Thus, on 29 November 2009, all persons physically present in the CNMI are considered "to be present in the United States without inspection, by operation of law."
Will these PWIs (present without inspection) be eligible to adjust status? Unclear? Are they working "abroad" for purposes of L visas? Yes, as it turns out. One thing is clear: Legal Permanent Residents (so-called "green" card holders) who wish to base a naturalization application based on physical presence in the CNMI will NOT be able to do so for pre-29 November 2009 periods of time. F1 is strictly non-immigrant VISA. So having family members in USA has a bearing on F1. On the other hand, bunch of H-1B applicants have relatives in USA. Also H-1B is dual intent VISA. So you should be OK with H-1B.

I don't believe leaving the company that you had signed an I-9 form with have any impact on your GC app as long as you have a same or a similar job lined up if and when you do get an RFE regarding the same.
As mentioned several times, GC is for future employment and you can switch employers as many times as you want under AC21 (of course you don't want to go overboard with switching employers every few months either :)).
I hope this helps - again this is my understanding of the law and not a legal opinion.
Does the I9 form that we sign with our company have any impact on our 485 processing if we leave the company using AC21.

... But the consulting firm advised against it as according to them if she re-enters in H4 (even before Oct 1) while her H1 approval is pending, her H1 application will be cancelled and she has to restart the process all over again. Something to do with the last status on re-entry.
I think this issue used to be there. Why do you think otherwise? COS is not computerized to happen on Oct 1. It is manual process, while approving H1B, it is done. When someone enters after that on H4, then that COS is overwritten.
What lawyer is telling in this regard?
