As my previous noted, call ATT to make the change until they fix the website process...go to your online account and you'll see the + delineation beside A-List Nation 700 as my attachment shows as of today.
Called there is no such thing as 700 nation a list. What plan are you referring too, individual or family plan? We have family plan.

Not only that but if it only tracked you for a time and then deleted it self automatically then I could see it but my understanding this is not just one day or week so in theory they can track you for a long time.
For those who do not care fine I don't care what they think, this should be something that can be turned off without loosing other functionality.
Please take a few minutes to actually read the article.
If it was something that could be turned off with losing other functionality, it wouldn't exist in the first place. The existence of the file does not benefit Apple, it benefits you when you use the phone. If you don't understand that, then you really need to read the press release.

This is rather amusing. People rush out to buy cheesy $30 iPhone Bumpers that cost .10 to make or some other overpriced case and have no issue. Many even buy multiples before they decide on one.
But ATT raises the cost of a early upgrade phone by $50 and people go bonkers.
1) It's an early upgrade. Do you really need to upgrade your phone sooner than every 18 months? If you do, that is your decision as a consumer. You certainly have no God given right to a cheap upgrade though. Stop whining.
2) Inflation is here. Deal with it. Have you been to the grocery store lately? It's the price we pay when the Fed prints money like Chinese knock-offs.
3) Last I checked the government enacts laws regarding the cell phone industry and also regulates the frequencies. There has never been anything stopping either congress or the executive branch or independent commissions from imposing rules to require cellcos to unlock phones after x months of service or to require them to sell unlocked phones.
This... end of discussion.
Everyone wants state of the art high speed networks AND cheap phones and plans.
Ain't gonna happen.
And so how is merging with T-Mobile going to open up choice, provide more competition and benefit customers? Sounds like they are just getting an early start on price gouging here.
Not only should the merger be rejected but AT&T should be broken into about 5 separate companies.
AT&T broken up??? For what reason?
The merger will go through.
It's not about customer choice, this merger is solely about gaining network assets.
There are no other options for expanding. All the frequencies are sold.
The only way to gain more is through mergers and acquisitions.
As they gobble up T-Mobile AT&T and Verizon can agree to price increases.
No, they can't. That's called price fixing and is VERY illegal.
Just so you know, Verizon's 4G LTE speeds blow AT&T out of the water.
If you're happy with only having 3 hours of battery life. ;)

Doubtful since their warranty does not transfer to a second hand buyer. If I were to buy an iPod and then sell it on ebay a few weeks later the new owner would not be covered.
Uh, what?
I had them replace a third gen nano one time that broke and was at the end of its warranty that I bought off of ebay (and I freely admitted it to them too).

Congrats on finishing your first semester of law school. Couple more things you will learn in the next couple of years:
1. Illegal does not mean criminal. There are many laws that create liability that are not criminal. Any tort law, for example. Copyright laws are another example. Thus, no one cares what any prosecutor would do.
2. You don't need a grand jury for all criminal charges. You definitely don't need one for false advertising.
randy, are you concluding this is false advertising?

You could go all "over-zealous super-parent" on him and really weird him out. Start giving him advice on technique, how to stay focussed to make it last longer, positions etc. Ask him for anything cool he might know to spice up YOUR sex life.
That'll really mess with his head and eventually, everytime he and the girlfriend are haviing sex he'll get an image of you asking him questions and he'll get so freaked out he'll stop immediately and come home wanting a hug and to never leave the house or look at girls ever again. Let alone have "the sex."
Then he can just stay at home under your ever-watchful eye and play mindless violent computer games - a much better pastime in the progression to a good, grounded adult than having sex with his girlfriend.Well said! Although, of course, you do realize that the OP was the 18-year-old in question, right?

It is adapted from a desktop picture that i made.
I will send you a copy of it if you PM me your email address. It is to big to post here without losing alot of quality, and messing up the edges as JPEG compression does. Also tell me if you want the orange one or just a plain copy of the skull that you can color yourself.

Is Apple just dropping false info to cause rumors, then hit us with a curveball?
Hmmm. Seems fishy to me.

Don't you need the equivalent Xeon processors for the SR2?
Yeah that would go so beautifully in my Lian Li case  I'd spend $200 if I can fine one for that price.
yeah you gotta have xeon processors. but still, you can overclock them! you can put out over 130,000 ppd with one machine!

The best way to avoid the experience of the music industry is to respond to a changing market and give people what they want before they get mad enough to expend the effort to just take it and feel justified.
I couldn't agree with you more. The current model that the MPAA and the RIAA are trying to preserve is simply irrelevent with the advent of digital media as a realistic and easily obtainable alternative. They had a chance to embrace it and make serious changes to the way they do things (i.e. find some way to deliver content at essentially no cost to the consumer but still turn a profit through ads and other sponsorship, which would work because the cost of producing the content is decreasing really quickly) but they chose to fight it and they can't win. The iTS is a compromise between the two, but I'll stick to free media and pay to go to concerts for bands I like and see some movies in the theatres.

I would say yes. Usually one is more concerned with the girl as the consequences can be harsher for them (they are the ones who get pregnate) and if her parents are ok with it then it is probably fine. Also, he is 18 and an adult so tequinicaly you can't tell him. Also, you said he has already so it is not like it would be something new (ie, they both know that they are ok with it).
About the age of consent. It does vary widely depending on where you are. In the U.S. it gets as low as 14 for males and 16 for females in some states. You can check out the age of consent for most anywhere in the world here. (http://www.avert.org/aofconsent.htm)
