Need help on which application to withdraw. I did file 1-765 paper application with the Nebraska service center. For a month, I had no receipt from them. So I called them to see if they could get me with the receipt number, but to no avail.
Having thought that it might have been lost in the mail, I e-filed this time to Texas Center and had the receipt immediately after submission. Today I check my bank account only to be seen that the the check I issued to the Nebraska service center for my first application has been posted.
Now I'm thinking of which one to withdraw. I'm thinking of keeping the one with the Texas service center since EAD applications are faster processed there than at the Nebraska service center. Do you see any possibility of refund?

Are you sure that it needs to be done on stamp paper? I just notarized them from India on plain paper.
I got exact query.
All you need is Affidavits from you Father, Mother and any other close relative. Ask them to go to your local court house. There will be people sitting there who do prepare affidavits and notarize them. They need to do it on 10 Rupees stamp paper and get it notarized. They shall have the date of birth affidavit template at court house.
Once they have them, ask them to scan and send them to you to save time. Also ask them to DHL the originals so that you could recieve in 2 or 3days.

Actually I am from one of those "hate times" of 2001-recession and then since I was not one of those so called (by you) "hate groups", was able to manage into development eventually.

Your mention of 30 miles maximum, I believe, refers to distance to your work place. It is a lot of distance to commute at rush time. Nevertheless, Ferederick County is your best bet, where a small SFH or a good size TH can be found for your price.
BTW, why do you need "Lots of Indians". Don't you want to be part of the main stream if you have decided to live here?

1) A lot of good people are affected by this. (legal,peaceful,high skilled etc) The crowd there(YOU) on Tuesday will speak to this.

This is a small price to pay, and it will help you tremendously to speed up the green card process. Lets show solidarity. I'm the first one to have the GC processed in my company. The process was started sometime in Dec 2006 and most likely my attorney would file PERM Labor in this week. Will USCIS consider auditing in my case as I'm the first one in my company? Any ideas? The company is like 2-3 years old. Please let me know your thoughts.
